HP CM1312 Picture issue

Hello

We have a weird issue with one of our CM1312 printers, just text prints like normal. The problem is with pictures, they get printed at the top of the paper, and only in a thin line, about 1 cm across the top of the paper.

Ive tried reseting the printer and changing between UPD PCL 5 and 6, no diffrence.

Any ideas what the issue might be?

The printer is installed on a 2008 R2 server.
