The software is setup to automatically choose paper size I believe. It is a custom program for our workplace. It automatically needs A5 paper, however, other programs such as Word normally require A4. We are operating on Windows 7.

When I use our program to print, it knows it needs A5 paper (this is confirmed by the settings in the print screen) but the printer then asks us to load A5 into Tray 2 (which is where we have A4 loaded). A5 is in Tray 1 and I'm bewildered as to how you can make it automatically select the right tray.
