You either need to scroll down to find the Scan to Folder feature or it is not actually enabled on the printer.
Enable Scan to Folder:
1. Navigate to the printers Embedded Web Server (EWS) by entering the IP Address of the printer in a web browser
2. Click the Digital Sending Tab
3. Click the Send to Folder Settings link
4. Check the Enable Send to Folder Checkbox
5. Confirm all of the other Scan settings are entered correctly
6. Click Apply
After the checkbox is enabled the option to Scan to Folder should become available from the Home Screen of the printer.
