Hello, I would replace the control panel, and once you replace it, make sure that you have sleep mode turned off, as well as, screen inactivity setting turned all the way to max. I have seen this issue a few times with this model, as well as, the 575. Also, update the firmware if it needs it after replacing the control panel. Basically, when this machine is powered down, or goes into sleep mode, screen will not come back up. After I replaced the control panels, I have not had the issue return.
