Help me out with the following issues!
I've bought a HP LaserJet Pro 400 color MFP M475 in December 2013 and it was working fine until this morning.
It just doens't work anymore and I can't solve the problems:
- Can not print (wireless)
- Can not find it in the network (wireless), but can see it in the network connection centre of our systems
- Can not scan (wireless)
- Can not make copies (on the flatbed)
- Can not change the settings
- Can not print or scan to USB
- Can not go back to factory defaults
- Can not print status reports of the MFP
- When connected to a laptop with a USB or UTP cable the MFP doesn't connect or is been seen by the laptop
The MFP can detect our network but it says it can't connect
I have waranty untill January of 2015.
Help me out or say that I have to contact my supplier so I can bring back the printer.
