We had our LJP 400 MFP M425 just over a year. We recently started to have a printing issue. Sometimes when we send something to print, we see the printing diaglog box as running but it hangs the computer for a while before the printing. When this happens, the computer does not respond to any mouse or keyboard. Once the printer starts prining, the computers unfreezes. When this happens, if we turn off the printer, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on, everything works well again. The problem is starting to occur more often. When I goggled this problem, I see people asking the same questions but no resolutions. Hope someone can help on this. Thanks!
