As per your desctiption I understand that the device is unable to successful color calibration.
Hope that you are using all 4 genuine HP toner cartridges. If yes, then perfom the calibration from device control panel.
If cartridges are not genuine HP, then there are less chances of successful color registration and you may experience different print quality issues.
If cartridges are genuine HP but calibration is not successful, then there are chances of hardware issues (generally the transfer belt and laser scanner are the related hardware components).
