When we try to print, the printer says there is no paper but there is.
When we run a status report from the printer control panel, the report is printed without any problem.
We have two identical printers in the office and they had this problem within 10 minutes of each other yesterday. I have tried everything in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeroMrzgDxE
and nothing is making the printers work again.
I'm convinvced there is a software bag through an update somewhere - were the printers updated yesterday? Our computers are a mix of Windows 7 and 8 and both have the problem.
