I have purchase HP Printer No HP 5525 from CROMA , A well None out let of Tata in Mumbai India,Problem in Printer is Paper getting creased in middle of the printing,even not getting 500 copy's of normal printing, My printer is in Under Guarantee and few days left, I have given complain by phone on HP customer Care, Even I Have Mail a complain on HP Support but this people are not responding and asking for receipt with serial number which i have not received, I have attached Purchase Invoice and Printer Photo with label mentioning the Product Number and Serial Number send by mail to HP Support (Attached copy) But still I am Not getting on site service or any response from HP which I Did not expect from such a big company, Hope after posting message HP will do needful before my printer guarantee is over.
