Here is the easy way for you to do what you want. Just take one computer currently on the network and go to network properties and then tcp/ip and then configure. Now instead of using dhcp which I am sure they have just change to manual settings and then make the address of the computer 10.9.xx.xx where the last digits are near the same as the printer's ip address. Apply the settings and then you should be able to type in the address of the 4345 and it should ask you for the password. Once you enter the password, then you should be able to use the web interface to change the address of the printer and make any new settings you wish.
