Hello everyone,
I have moved to a new building last week and I had configured my printer with an IP Address 10.9.XX.XX, I have blocked the Administration Panel for security. (a BIG mistake)
In this new building I have a new IP range 10.233.XXX.XX and I could not enter to the Administration Panel because of this new IP range. I tried to do a Cold Reset but does not work (only erase basic settings, user jobs, scanning addresses, etc). I need to do a Hard Reset or Factory Reset in order to restore all the options of administration in the front panel
Anybody know how to do that? I tried using pressing the right side of the start bottom and etc etc etc.. And pressing the key number 6 for few seconds and then number 3 until appears Cold Reset, but nothing in these options work.
I have no option to take the printer to the old building because this network was disable.
