HP 7820 All In One not working after New Sat- service Excede installed

On Saturday we had a new Sat-provider (Excede) install the service.  We use a Netgear router access point WG602v3 that had a old IP address of 192.168.1.0 which I could access prior to the new install of the new Sat Modem.  Our HP printer had a hard IP address of 192.168.1.10 with a subnet of 255.255.255.0 I was able to access the printer with a browser to see its settings also.

 

Now after this new equipment our wireless printer does not print from our computers! I see that it now has a new ip address of 184.21.088.188 with a new subnet of 255.255.252.0  I have deleted the printer reinstalled it, downloaded all the new HP software for it, reconfigured the port (9100). 

 

When I print something to it it fails to print, I can delete it out of the spooler ok, but nothing prints.

 

Have powered off all the equipment, restarted computers and still nothing works.

 

Excede service techs say call Netgear because they don't do routers, Netgear says it is a HP problem.

 

Anybody have this problem?  I have tried now for 3 DAYS to make this darn thing work.
