M425DN Cancels outgoing fax when incoming fax comes in

Is there any way to make the M425DN not cancel an outgoing fax when an incoming fax comes in?  On more than one occasion, one of our clerks will be scanning to send a fax.  If a fax comes in before they are done scanning, the M425DN will cancel their outgoing fax.  It should still allow them to complete their outgoing fax.  Is there any way to change this?
