I have HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi MFP and is connected to my computer via usb. I am using Windows 8. I have trouble using the scaner button on the machine. When I press scan buton on the scanner machine, it takes a minute and my computer is not recognized. Also, when I use SCAN from the computer menu, it takes a very long time to scan 5pages, than after the scaning is compete, it takes another 5mins to pop up the window and asks me what kind of format I want the file and to save. What is going on with the scaner? I was using this fax machine on my old computer with Windows XP and the scaner was working fine. Help me please. Thanks
