I have the same problem.
This is my first attempt with this all-in-one to scan. Printing works, copying works. Scanning doesn't.
My driver version is showing as 1.0.1.58769 in Device Manager. The laptop I'm using is Windows 7, 64 bit with all the latest service packs and updates applied.
Chris, did you eventually get this to work? If so, can you share how?
This doesn't seem to be a documented issue. Please someone help. Thanks.
