Thank you for the response.
Not the answer i was looking for as the client was able to do everything he needed on his old samsung CLX-6210. HP should take note of the ease of setup on the machines like the samsung and the rich features. The HP software at best is clunky and dependant upon the PC attached to it.
No wonder HP has lost so much market share when they offer second rate equipment at higher prices than other manufacturers.
Our account managers from HP push us to sell more of their product and we just got hit a 20-30% rise in the cost of consumables. They like to make our life easy :)
Have to say that HP have to be one of the worst companies to deal with, Their hierarchy especially in Australia is absolutely useless, we have a client that wants a bid offer on a lerge format printer and we have been waiting three weeks to get the bid price from HP. That shows their great customer care.
But just really frustrated that their machines cannot carry out basic features yet they are charging a premium price for them.
We might have to take this machine back and carry a $1000.00 loss on the deal. Perhaps i better research HP's claims on their brochures before we actually sell their machines.
