Today I got a new PC, dell Optiplex 3200 win 7 Pro 64bit. Scanner connected via USB. I installed the latest software from HP support page . I can print and scan through scan shortcut on desktop. But when I try to open HP Toolbox then I get an error message that toolbox can connect to scanner. Also when I try to start scanning on the printer using scan to nothing happens. Also when I try to save new setting of my scan profiles to the scanner I get the can't connect error. All worked fine with my old win XP PC.
Can anyone help me with that problem?
