yes that was also the first thing that came to my mind. I've been there recently and checked everything. DSL Modem, Firewall, Switches, it's all fine.
The Remote office was moved to another office, all the equipment was moved too and it never caused any problems. The only thing that has changed is the new HP printer.
When we turn off the printer, everything is working fine too. As it looks to me it's really the printer causing this issue. I've got 10 years of network experience and I've never seen anything like this before!
