Good morning/good afternoon!!
My name is Kristen Jenkins and I am having an issue installing the full version software for a HP Officejet 4500. When I got thru the wizard to install, I get to the point of actually installing the software and I get an error message (attached). The PC that I am working with is Windows 7 (32-bit).
