if I leave settings as default then my C410 All-in-One scans OK.
If I change to higher resolution it fails ... I'm not talking of 2400ppi - just if I just set it to TIFF and 600ppi and turn off sharpening.
It does preview scan .. but when you click on 'Finish' ... it just says "scanning" and progress bar never moves - even if you leave for 30 min .... no progress.
Tried many times ...
HP Solution Cenrte seems very poor ... it takes ages to load, and this is on a 64bit i5 machine with 16GB Ram - it should fly.
HP Scan software is ver 140.0.8.0
