X476dw does not ask for FAX Number

When I try to send a fax from the document tray, the OfficeJet does not ask for a Faxnumber. I press the FAX Icon and I'm only presented with the options

Send new Fax

Manually receive Fax

When I select "Send new Fax" it immediately tells me he is sending the fax. I really would like to known where he want to send it, the OfficeJet never asked for a number. And of course the fax fails and then he prints a useless report (how can I disable reports?, I don't need them on paper).
