Hi,

Have you verified if you were printing using a 1:1 scale? To do this you can either:

-          Select the document that you will print, open the print command window (Ctrl+P), select the Preferences button,  go to the Effects tab,  then select Actual Size in the Resizing Options box , select ok, and apply conditions.

Or

-          Select the document that you will print, open the print command window (Ctrl+P), select the Preferences button,  go to the Printing Shortcuts tab,  then select Reset , select ok, and apply conditions.

This suggestion may serve as a means to work around the situation so you may have to repeat this process each time before printing. Let me know if this works for you.

Thank you
