Hello,
I'm trying to update the firmware on a HP color laserjet CM2320fxi MFP. We have 3 at work and they are all on the network so I am trying to connect via ethernet. I downloaded the "HP Firmware Updater" application but it never sees any of the printers. I am running Mac OS X 10.8.4. How can I update the firmware to latest version?
Yes, I can ping and print to the printers.
