I get this error message during my Laserjet Pro 300 color MFP installation and I can't continue:
"Error. A fatal error occurred preventing product use. Click 'Cancel' to cancel install."
Does anyone have a clue about that?
The printer is connected through network cable and I can ping it and so my PC can "see" the printer (as you can see at the one picture) with the correct IP, so it is really weird all that!
I used to have installed the same exact drivers and everything was good until I got an error message about the scan and I proceed with unistalling the drivers and now that I am trying to reinstall them again I got that message.
Please help me!
