You must open up the PC Fax software that came from HP and look through the configurable options. If the option to print off fax reports from this faxing technique is possible then that is where you will find it.
Otherwise I suggest you look into something called Online Faxing. When you use Online Faxing all you need is a scanner and an email account. That way any machine connected to the internet can send and recieve your locally scanned fax messages. Your email account will act as a faxing log complete with everything that you need for your workflow.
