I have two OfficeJet Pro 8600 Permium that are having the same problem. When trying to run a scan using the touch screen interface it states no pc can be found. I am able to still scan using HP scan utility on the pc. I ran the update utility and that corrected the problem for a few days, but then the issues came back. wondering if anyone has ran into this issues and found a solution. also both printer are connected via USB and both machines the printers are connected to are the same setup.
