Are the printer maintenance proceedures your real problem or is it that the sleep schedule is not working correctly? The printer shouldnt be calibrating every time it wakes up from sleep. Im not aware of any setting that configures teh printer to calibrate immediately after sleep/wake.
If a new formatter did not reset the problem then there is likely something else going on. Could you try plugging him into a different wall outlet? Perhaps the printer is not getting enough power to properly understand what is going on and thus needs to calibrate more frequently than normal.
