The firewall and AP is configured to allow the subnets to communicate. The printing works from the PC as long as the i-phone is not connected to the wireless. I set the printer up, using the IP address, and I can print. I can ping the printer from the PC and telnet into port 9100. If I try to use the HP driver install, it cannot autodetect the printer.
The PC will print without an issue to the printer, using the IP address, when the i-phone is not connected to the wireless network. When the i-phone is connected to the wireless network, the PC sends two pages of garbage to the printer and then partially prints the document. The i-phone cannot print e-mail to the printer at all.

The primary router is a Dell SonicWall TZ 210. The AP is a Sonic Point NDR. I have tried to enter the same subnet and the configuration tool does not allow it.
The problem I am trying to solve is having the printer on the same wireless as the i-phone and having the PC and i-phone print. Any idea, if we connect the printer to the PC with a USB cable, will the i-phone print e-mail to the printer?
