I have a HP Color LaserJet CM2320nf MFP that will not scan using the HP scan program. Everything was working fine about a month ago but now it will not scan. We have two of these on our network, one upstairs and the other downstairs. The one I am trying to scan from is downstairs.
I have tried uninstalling the printers, drivers, and software. I then downloaded the latest driver package from HP's support site and installed only the Downstairs printer. I open the scan program and try to scan something and all I get is a white page like nothing was on the scanning bed. I've noticed that I click scan and the program says its going through the process the CM2320 does not make any noise or initiate the scanning process.
Is there some program I can use that will uninstall any and all settings for this printer on the computer so I can reinstall completely fresh? I am wondering if there is something not being cleared in the registry that may be causing the issue.
