In Novermber 2013 we bought this machine,
but when we want to use the machine to copy or scan a document the touchscreen is not responing (backlight is dommed/off and greyed out) and we have to turn the machine off and back on again to be able to copy or scan a document. It has been send back to our supplier last summer (2014) and I got informed there were no issues and the firmware had been updated.
However, now half a year later, we are still experiencing the same issues: We can continue printing, however if we want to copy or scan a document the touchscreen does not come out of sleepmode so we have to reboot the machine...
