The cyan cartridge is not working, have run all diagnostic tests and on the printer status report and the print quality diagnostic report it shows the cyan cartridge as empty, where the printer and the computer shows the cartridge as full. I have run the clean printhead and the align printer but still cyan is not working. Cyan has been replaced with a new cartridge.
