I've tried this solution to reset the password on my new used HP CM2320nf MFP but it is not working. I've tried several other key combinations while powering up includeing holding down the OK and cancel button. None have worked.
I never get the " Permanent storage init" screen.
I'm hoping maybe the sequnce is different depending on the model number so here is mine :

These I found on the inside door of the color tone draw.
Please respond with the correct sequence of keys required to reset the password for my CM2320nf MFP.
I've been working on this for days now and need to put it to bed.

It appears the cancel button on the printer has been deactivated. I can't cancel any print jobs sent to the printer or when printing a report directly from the printer using the printers cancel button.
How do I reactivate the cancel button on the CM2329nf without the password?
