I can't get my printer to print. After selecting a docum to print a window appears showing
Settings a blue bar showing movement from left to right
Printing in REserve Mode
Printing - Printing page1, 35%complete the bar keeps showing movements but nothing happens
But nothing happens
A second window appears below

Stopped Filter failed
I already unplugged both USB and Power cord waited 60 sec. The cartridge moves freeling not stuck. There is no paper jam. I already opened the back and its clear. I really like this printer.
The cartridge is full
