I have Windows 7 , Service pack 1, 64 bit.
STILL CAN'T GET TO PRINT IN BLACK AND WHITE. I've tried everything I know of and can't get any help from HP at all.
I have open up my printer preferences and click on Black and White only and hit apply and it STILL comes out color.
I've even gone to color management and unclicked color and clicked grayscale only and that doesn't work either.
Maybe I shouldn't buy from HP anymore. (I buy for our real estate office too.)
It's too hard to get simple things, like this corrected.
