I have installed an HP Officejet 7610 wide format printer on the network. It works fine. But after I installed an HP Colorlaserjet CM1312MFP the 7610 will no longer print, it says the driver is not installed. When trying to reinstall the driver it says it does but the failure is still there.
I uninstalled the CM1312 completely but the failure is still there and will not correct. It appears something is left in the system that is conflicting. Can anyone help????
FYI, the solution so far is wiping the system and not installing the CM1312 multifunction printer. Also, the CM1312 is older than the 7610 wide format.
