About two months ago, my HP Officejet 6500 E709a stopped recognizing my wireless network at home whenever I used my laptop with another HP printer (via USB).
To get it to work w my laptop again, I would have to uninstall it from my laptop and re-install it. The Tech guy spent some time with it and said he got it working again w/HP Solution Center. That lasted a day and the HP Solution Center would not recognize it as begin "on-line".
I've had to re-install it a couple of times. What really is driving me crazy is now I can't find or get the Solution Center to re-install. I use the scanner alot for my work.
Any ideas? When I seach for HP Solution Center on hp.com, I'm not finding it.
Suggestions?
