We have one M5035 multifunctional (out of 100) that has an issue when the users use the Scan-to-mail functionality.
A user scans a 32 page document (duplex) and then mails it. So far, so good.
When the user checks the scanned document in their mailbox only the first 22 sides of the document are shown. The remaining 10 pages are blank save for a colored bar that runs from top to bottom on the left hand side of the page.
Other M5035's do not show this problem. What could it be?
The printer has the same amount of RAM as the printers that do work properly. I've tried re-sending the standard printer settings through WebJet Admin and tried re-sending the location specific LDAP settings (as initially they couldn't mail at all on this device). What could be causing this problem?
One of the issues I have with this printer is that it's in a different office from me so I can't just wander past to give it a cold reset, etc and there's no on-site IT personel.
