For the record, I am a certified service technician working for an ASP. Yet, still no service manual can be provided to me for the most of new models we sell and service. Older models, yes, but nothing new. All the links I get sent to me with links to manuals for this model ony have user manuals, spec sheets and white papers. Nothing about the finishers, or specific details on what the error code mean. It can be very frustrating to jump through numerous hoops only to be lead into yet another dead end when trying to find documentation to help us service the printers we sell for HP. Everything I find on the external sites for this are only the table of contents for the service manual, or other types of manuals (user's guide, installation guide, ect.) and are of zero help on issues like this one.
