Yesterday at the end of the day, I installed the new Windows 7 update. When I got into work this morning, I attempted to print off an email. I received the error message from the title of this post.
It turns out that the update apparently cleared out all my printers. My HP printer is still recognized by the machine, but my Xerox digital press is not recognized at all. At this point in time, I'd like some advice on how to get my printer up and running again.
I have attached screencaps of the error messages. I have seen several other prople having this issue, but the information provided on other forums was not working for me.
I should say that I am running Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit, SP1.
Please let me know what steps I need to take to resolve this issue.
