Heres what I normally due when print is not appearing in the output bin of a networked printer.
Troubleshoot no output:
1. Pause the print queue on the print server
2. Queue up a few documents
3. Confirm the documents make it to the queue
4. Resume print
5. Confirm the jobs leave the print queue
6. Check the output bin of the printer
Many times when jobs enter and leave the queue they are getting printed in a different location than what I had expected. That or I was looking at the wrong printer to begin with. In some cases I accidentally assignged the wrong IP address to the printer who was then stealing jobs from another networked printer. If the job is making it to the printer at all then there should be some kind of a status update on the control panel. Otherwise the job isnt making it where you think its supposed to go in the first place.
You can always setup a seperate test object with the correct settings on your print server if you feel your problem is in that area. Multiple network printer objects can send jobs to the same physical network printer.
Hope this helps narrow down the problem for you.
