My business obtained an used HP cm3530 mfp printer. Naturally, it is out of warranty. This printer does everything fine ... print, scan, fax, and network linking and sending to folders.
It was able to scan and copy from the glass. Whenever I use the ADF feeder to make a copy or a scan, I get a message without any error codes, "Power off/on, check CPB". The ADF rollers did not drop onto the incoming documents to scan. Now it won't scan or copy from the glass. Does this mean this is a problem with the scanner board and the scanner board needs to be replaced.
