MFP M5035 - cannot scan more then 20 pages, the rest comes white pages

Hi everyone,

HP MFP M5035 - users starts to complain about problems when they use Scan2Mail. When they using scan2mail for scan documents with big number of pages - for example they scan 60 page document, but only first ~10- 20 comes to the user mail ok, the rest of the pages are blank white pages. Users use glass to scan the documents, not the ADF.

The firmware version is 48.301.7.

Device factory default reset was performed, all settings for scan2mails are ok. Single scan documents are ok.

Also the quality is good - 200 dpi, output file is set to small, color option is set to Black&White.

Any suggestions what could be the root of the problem?
