Suddenly my LJ 3390 printer/scanner will not scan. My LJ 3390 is connected to my workstation via a LAN.
I have tried un-installing the software, running 'scrubber.exe' and then re-installing the driver software (All-in-one V3).
The driver software keeps coming up with the same errors:
1. 'Toolbax FX has encountered an error and cannot recover'
2. 'The function you have requested cannot be performed because another program already has control of the device'
Can anyone please assist me with a resolution to this problem?
