I have and HP Officejet Pro 276dw. In regular printing everthing is fine. Printed test pages and they both look great. But when I am printing 4x6 color photos (from iPhoto) the first 5 to 5.5 inches of the photo is printed perfectly but the last half to 3/4 of on inch every photo looks as though is was touched by a sponge. It's not real noticeable depending on the image but it's clearly there in every single print. Not sure how to describe it except that "sponge" look or lightly 'stippled.' Any ideas what might be causing this? I'm using Koday glossy photo paper. The other thing I tried was to load standard 8.5 x 11 paper but still told iPhoto to print a 4x6 and in this case it prints fine (the 4x6 image is printed in the top left corner of the page) and there is no distortion. So is this maybe a problem with the paper handling function? This is a pretty new printer (4 months old) so hard to believe rollers would be worn this soon. Any ideas?
