When performing a cold reset on any printer the EWS information will be reset back to the default. That means if you had a custom IP address or a custom URL for accessing the machine they are no longer accurate.
To access the EWS after a cold reset:
1. Print off a configuration report directly from the printer
2. Review the network information section
3. Retrieve the IP Address currently assigned to the printer
4. Enter the IP Address directly into your web browser to access the EWS
Once you gain access to the EWS then you can configure your custom IP and URL back to what they previously were. If the EWS is still not accessible then you may have to try another Cold Reset just incase something went wrong with the first one.
