My Send Fax is now working!!!!!!
The link below has been updated and a new file has replaced the one that does not work. I extracted it then ran as administrator!

Download the file name “June 18th 2014 New M570 Fax Fix.zip”
Before you run the file, please read the below instructions carefully.
As the printer is currently connected to the computer using Network cable and full software is already installed, please run the download file. It will create a send Fax shortcut in the Start Program.
Please try sending fax from the computer and check for the issue.
If you are still experiencing issue, please uninstall and reinstall the printer software by downloading from the HP website.
Once the printer software is installed, please run the file again then try sending fax from computer."
