I'm not familiar with that error code. It doesnt look like one of the normal boot error messages that we see on other models. Is there perhaps more to the message that you can share with us? What does the printer say right before displaying this error message?
If your pritner is still under its warranty then I suggest contacting HP for replacement options. Normally the OJPro products are not very serviceable and intended to be swapped when there is a significant problem like this. Chances are that is what HP would want to do if covered by the warranty.
