We recently purchased a new HP Officejet Pro 8100 at the specific request of one of our teachers. We installed the printer on our Windows 2008 Server using the drivers provided on HP Support. We also added in the drivers required for our Windows 7 32-bit workstations and allocated it out.
For some reason whenever we print from Office 2010 or IE10 we only get black and white pages. If we print from anything else, like the Serif Design Suite, Wordpad for example, we get colour pages fine. The issue appears to only affect the newer Microsoft products.
Has anybody seen this before? Is it a known issue? Is there a workaround?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
