Martin from HP Support India phoned today.
Could I try installing their software solution on another computer? Apparently, HP Support have experienced no problem in getting their solution to work........In which case, why is the 'solution' not published for everyone to use? I am surprised that Martin has a M570dn by his desk.
They have arranged a 'software engineer' to visit me next Monday morning. I look forwards to the adventure.
As usual, I will keep the community informed. The silence of the 'moderator' is worrying.
