Hello, if this is a Pro X model, and if it is still under warranty I would have HP replace it. I am assuming it is a pro x model due to the fact no one wants to work on it, I do know that you may need to replace the printbar, again that is if it is a pro x model. Replacing that printbar is not fun, plus the actual part numbers, I believe, are still not available. But, I would say your best bet is to try and have HP replace it.
